Return Policy
  • Temperature sensitive products: We cannot accept returns for products that are temperature sensitive, such as Artrosamid, Bioport HA Crosslink 2%, Biovico HA One and Monoshot PRP+HA. This policy is in place to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Return procedure:
    • Other products can only be returned if they have been registered for return in advance and have a return reference.
    • You can request a return shipment via info@supporthomedical.nl.
    • After receipt, we will respond within two working days with a return order or we will contact you.
  • Return costs:
    • The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • Quality control:
    • If after return shipment it appears that the product has been damaged in any way, the return will not be accepted and the money will not be refunded.
